Jessica Holzbach is the Co-founder and Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of Penta, the digital banking platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, where she focuses on Marketing, Sales and Customer Relations. Penta operates in Germany and Italy, with a team of over 95 people in three locations (Berlin, Belgrade, Milan) helping founders and small business owners save time and hassle while managing their finances, so they can focus on what really matters: their core business. Before co-founding Penta, Jessica founded a Foodtech Startup IAWIE (I am what I eat), and consulted for various financial institutions and insurance companies.
Husayn Kassai is CEO & Co-Founder of Onfido operating in San Francisco, New York, London, Lisbon, Delhi and Singapore. Their AI-based technology assesses whether a user’s government-issued ID is genuine or fraudulent, and then compares it against their facial biometrics. They give companies like Revolut, Zipcar and Bitstamp the assurance they need to onboard customers remotely and securely. Their mission is to create a more open world, where identity is the key to access. Founded in 2012, Onfido has grown to a team of 240, and works with over 1,500 fintech, banking and marketplace clients globally – helping them onboard more users while reducing risk.
Suzanne Chishti is the CEO of FINTECH Circle, Europe’s 1st Angel Network focused on fintech opportunities & Founder of the FINTECH Circle Institute, a leading fintech learning platform offering Innovation Workshops to C-level executives and online courses. She is also the Co-Editor of three bestselling books “The FINTECH Book” , The WealthTECH Book and The InsurTECH Book and is a regular Fintech Commentator on TV Channel CNBC. Suzanne has previously worked with Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley and Accenture in London and Hong Kong.
Joern Czech is Co-Founder of IANUA Market Limited, supporting professional investors to make informed investment decisions in the alternative investment universe. Over and above this, Joern is a sparring partner for early stage start-up companies, and often coaches their management teams. Prior to founding IANUA, Joern held various positions in the Investment Banking sector in both Germany and the UK, working with Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and SCIO Capital.
